Annual Tournament 2013

This years Annual Tournament will be played between the 21st & 31st October at the following venues, dates & times:

Lanna: Monday 21st Oct 2013 Tee-Off 0830
Green Fee/Caddy Fee 600 baht.

Gassan Khuntan: Thursday 24th Oct 2013 Tee-Off 0900
Green Fee/Caddy Fee 600 baht
Green Fee/Caddy Fee/Cart 1000 baht
Green Fee/Caddy Fee/Cart/Accommodation & Breakfast for 2 persons 1400 baht per person.

Maejo: Tuesday 29th Oct 2013 Tee-Off 0832
Green Fee/Caddy Fee 1300 baht

Doi Inthanon: Thursday 31st Oct 2013 Tee-Off 0900
Green Fee/Caddy Fee 700 baht
Green Fee/Caddy Fee/Cart 1200 baht.

The event held at each course will be a Stableford event using current CMSG handicaps. All current members are eligible to enter the tournament subject to them having a current handicap and/or requalifying for their handicap prior to the commencement of the competition. Visitors and/or non-members are welcome at each venue subject to registering prior to the date of play and on the understanding that they play at the back of the field.

As usual trophies will be awarded to the overall winners and runners-up for the best 3 scores out of the four rounds of golf.  You must play at least 3 rounds to qualify. Trophies to be awarded are for Low Gross & Runner-up, Best Stableford (men & women) and Runners-up, NAGA Award.

There will be no fee for entering the Annual Tournament but at each venue the usual competition is available to those members wishing to enter with prizes presented to the winners on the day.  There will also be two nearest the pin holes (par 3's) at each venue but these prizes will be held over and presented to the winners at the Presentation Party.

We do ask that all intending players do allow sufficient time to arrive at each venue no later than half hour before the scheduled Tee-Off time. Also that you nominate in a timely manner the courses you intend to play and the number of people you will have attending the Presentation Party to enable the committee to confirm numbers and bookings as early as possible. Any cancellations should also be advised ASAP.

The Presentation Party will be held at Gymkhana Golf Course on Friday 1st November 2013 beginning at 6pm. A Food Buffet & some drink will be provided ( kegs of beer &  Casks of Wine & some soft drink). The cost per person will be 200baht for members and their partners and 450baht for non-members.
